Holler Bell Free License

Version 1.0, 2026-10-12

This license is an agreement between you and FEO digital agency s.r.o., Olomoucká 1005/166, Černovice, 627 00 Brno, Czech Republic, company ID 27749461 (“we”, “us”), the provider of Holler Bell. By downloading, installing or using Holler Bell Free, previously called Holler Bell Solo (“the Software”), you accept it. If you don't accept it, don't use the Software.

1. Free for everyone

We grant you a free, non-exclusive, non-transferable, worldwide license to install and use the Software on any number of computers, for any lawful purpose. This includes use at work: in paid work, as an employee, freelancer or contractor, and within a company or other organisation of any size. You don't need an account or a license key.

2. This license replaces the Solo License

This license replaces the Holler Bell Solo License for all versions of the Software, including versions you installed earlier. The commercial license that the Solo License mentioned is not required.

3. What you may not do

You may not sell, rent, sublicense or redistribute the Software, and you may not remove our notices. You may not reverse engineer the Software except where the law expressly allows it.

4. Ownership and third-party components

The Software is licensed, not sold. We and our licensors keep all rights not expressly granted. Third-party components are licensed under their own terms, listed in the THIRD-PARTY-NOTICES file and at hollerbell.com/third-party; nothing here limits your rights under those licenses.

5. Third-party tools

The Software runs tools you choose, such as Claude Code, Codex or a shell, with your own accounts. Your use of those tools and services is governed by their providers' terms. Holler Bell is an independent product and is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Anthropic or OpenAI.

6. No warranty

The Software is provided free of charge, “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, to the extent permitted by law. You are responsible for what your agents do on your computer and for backing up your work.

7. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, lost profits or lost data arising from the use of the Software. Nothing in this license limits liability that cannot be limited by law, in particular for damage caused intentionally or by gross negligence, or for harm to life or health. If you are a consumer, you keep all rights that the law of your country of residence gives you and that cannot be waived by agreement.

8. Updates and changes

The Software checks for updates as described at hollerbell.com/privacy. We may change this license for future versions of the Software; the version of the license you accepted continues to apply to the versions of the Software you have installed. We may stop providing the Software at any time. The Software will never be switched off remotely.

9. Termination

This license ends automatically if you breach it. You may stop using the Software at any time.

10. Governing law

This license is governed by the laws of the Czech Republic, excluding its conflict-of-law rules and the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. Courts of the Czech Republic have jurisdiction, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection rules.
